„New Kaisertal City“

Experimental film about Austria’s last mountain valley without a road to the outside world. Part 1 features the status quo in documentary fashion – before the tunnel is built that people have been arguing about for almost 100 years, parts 2 & 3 outline the vision of the utopian culture-metropolis “New Kaisertal City”.
